Bob Bruce, CIMA®, CIMC®, AIF®
Watch this video to learn more about the core values and best practices of Integrity Wealth Consulting.
These are principles established by Bob Bruce, founder of Integrity Wealth Consulting, LLC. His unbiased view of the financial services industry came from his experience as an Emmy award-winning television anchor and reporter.
"After working in TV for 37 years, you become a consumer advocate by training," he explains. "When I started the firm, I wanted to be able to take that unique approach and apply it to financial planning. Our mission is always to do what is in the client's best interest."
Bob began working as a financial planner in 1998. He spent six years working at several mid- to large-sized firms in downtown Pittsburgh before affiliating with one of the largest independent broker/dealers in the country, Commonwealth Financial Network®. Bob has broad expertise in wealth management, tax management, estate planning, retirement planning, college planning, and life insurance planning. His clients appreciate his comprehensive approach to wealth management, his ability to communicate in up and down markets, and his straightforward approach.
"I was raised in a house with five willful women. You learn to listen when you don't get much of a speaking part."
Bob is a member of the prestigious Investment Management Consultants Association. He holds the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) and the Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC®) designations as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) certification; and is the recent recipient of the 2014 FIVE STAR Wealth Manager Award*, an award that he has received for the third year in a row. The Five Star Wealth Manager Award is a prominent award that less than 7% of all wealth managers in the state of Pennsylvania receive. The selection is the result of a rigorous research process that included a regulatory and consumer complaint review, and an evaluation of objective criteria associated with wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. FIVE STAR Wealth Manager is the largest and most widely published wealth manager award program in North America.
Along with his continuing efforts to stay highly educated in the financial world, Bob is committed to being an active member of the community and numerous charities and fundraising events.
Bob has been married for over 35 years and has two children: Scott, who is an advisor in the firm; and Shelley, who is a RN and going to the University of Pittsburgh for her Masters in Nursing Informatics. He is a Penguins Hockey fan and a dedicated cyclist.
Bob Bruce is proud to have been recognized as a President's Club advisor for 2013—a distinction attained by just 6 percent of advisors affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network during that time.
Newlin Archinal, CFP® CRPC®
That is the mantra Newlin lives by. It comes from spending 15 years as an Emmy-nominated television anchor and journalist. Motivated by the stories she covered and the challenges she saw when people did not plan for life’s events, Newlin switched her focus to wealth management to make a difference. Her passion is empowering people to get their financial ducks in a row.
Newlin thinks having a wealth plan makes people feel more financially confident. Part of that plan may include estate planning, investment management, tax-efficiency, college planning, legacy planning, and executive compensation and options. She tries to do this without using a lot of financial jargon people don’t understand.
Investors become frustrated because financial terms go right over their heads. Working in television taught me how to explain complicated concepts in lay terms. I admit that I have used a peppermint patty on the conference table to demonstrate how a bond works.
Newlin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorTM designation. She is also a sought-after speaker and the mother of three busy children. She believes in paying it forward and serves on the Advisory Board of the Arthritis Foundation of Western Pa., volunteers as a coach to the Aquinas Academy Girls Lacrosse team in addition to many other pursuits.

Scott is a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University where he made Dean’s List and received a BA in Communications/Business. He was also a member of the fraternity ATO, Alpha Tao Omega, which supported a number of charitable organizations.
Scott is an avid cyclist and Penguins Hockey fan, and continues to volunteer his time to a number of local charities.
Allan Jones, Chief Operations Officer
As our Chief Operations Officer, Allan has a lengthy background in management and customer service which provides our firm and clients with the service they have become accustomed to. In college, Allan received his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. In this digital age his unique training gives our firm, and our clients, peace of mind when it comes to information security. He is in constant communication with Commonwealth Financial Network's Compliance and Technology departments to ensure that our firm has the latest security processes in place.
Allan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kaplan University where he made the president’s list every year. He was also a member of Alpha Beta Zeta honor fraternity and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
